October is recognized as National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Pink is the color that symbolizes the fight against breast cancer and has become the spirit that unites strong survivors, resilient fighters, and their loyal supporters all over the world. The infamous color and symbolic ribbons are sprinkled on t-shirts, wristbands, cereal boxes, cars; the list goes on and on.
